overview

Cochlear Remote Assist is a global telehealth solution that connects recipients of cochlear implants with their audiologists via secure video calls.

During a session, the clinician can remotely connect to the recipient’s sound processor, assess their progress, address any issues, and fine-tune settings to optimise hearing outcomes - all in real time.

This was an ambitious project with a tight timeline and complex technical challenges.

I’m incredibly proud of this work - especially how it enables people to access vital care from the comfort of their home.
