I led the discovery and design of the my nrma mobile app - a complex project that connected fragmented internal systems to a clear, user-friendly customer experience. The app was often used for the first time in stressful situations, so simplicity and clarity were key. We later expanded the offering with features like fuel price tracking and parking location services.
